The Auto Warranty Agency Company History
The Auto Warranty Agency has been around since 2011, providing vehicle owners with extended car warranty plans that can reduce the amount they spend on repair bills as well as make the process of owning a vehicle much more enjoyable. They don’t carry their own plans but they have a group of the top providers all in one place that makes it easy for you to get the absolute best plan for you. You can even get high mileage plans and commercial use plans too.
Peace of mind as a vehicle owner is an important thing. Car repairs can cost so much and they can be both stressful and unexpected, leaving vehicle owners in a bind. The Auto Warranty Agency works to make that better, by offering the kinds of plans that vehicle owners want and need.
Their A rating with the BBB and being voted AMs best is just a few of the many reasons that you should check them out if you are looking for an extended car warranty for your vehicle. You can get a quote from their website and their friendly customer service agents are happy to help you find the perfect plan for your needs.
The company is based out of Salisbury, MD but customers all over the United States can get their vehicle protection from their website and all of their plans are accepted nationwide in all 50 states.
The Qualification Process
Getting a quote from the Auto Warranty Agency is easier than a lot of sites because they will actually show you plans that fit your qualifications right on the website. Understand that these quotes are ranges and to get an exact quote for what you are looking for, you will need to talk to an agent, but you can at least get an idea of the types of plans that are available for what you need.
Fill out the make, year, model and mileage of your vehicle and the state you live in. Then you’ll be asked a few additional questions such as if you vehicle is a 4 Wheeled Drive, still under factory warranty, turbo or supercharged and a few other questions. Once you have checked the boxes that apply, hit submit and The Auto Warranty Agency will show the plans that fit the information you have supplied.
If you’re interested in one of the plans that are shown, contact them for more information and talk to one of the friendly sales agents who can ensure you get the plan that will fit your driving lifestyle and needs. That’s all there is to it! No strong arm techniques or high pressure tactics.

Using the Auto Warranty Agency’s Claims Service
The Auto Warranty Agency strives to make the process of filing a claim simple and fast for their customers. In the event you have to file a claim for repairs, you will start by taking the vehicle to a licensed repair facility. Making sure that the place you take it is allowed by the plan is the number one mistake many vehicle owners make. It may be a good idea to be proactive and get a list of approved repair shops for your area before you need them. Then you won’t be scrambling to find one or take it to one that is not approved.
Once at the repair shop, you will give them your service contract and they will contact the administrator of your plan to discuss the repairs needing to be done. If there are any diagnostics fees due, the vehicle owner is responsible for those unless the coverage claims otherwise. Before any repairs are to be done, the administrator of the contract must give authorization and approval. Only then can the vehicle be worked on. Once the repairs are done, the administrator will have the repair shop paid and you will pay any deductible due.
Following the proper procedures can prevent many problems from cropping up and preventing your claims from being approved and paid.
